3.1. No person shall be eligible to bet or enforce any debt arising out of a bet unless -

3.1.1. such person is a natural, individual person, i.e. companies, close corporations and partnerships are specifically excluded from participating;

3.1.2. such person is over the age of 18 years;

3.1.3. such person has completed a registration form, has accepted the terms and conditions as set out by Betfred, and has been accepted as a customer by Betfred;

3.1.4. such person is not in breach Betfred's Terms and Conditions;

3.1.5. such person has been verified for FICA purposes;

3.1.6. such person does not reside in a jurisdiction where gambling activity is illegal.
